Luke Schrotberger is the co-founder of Atlas Crown Financial. Prior to Atlas, Luke worked for 10 years as a performance improvement consultant with a number of Fortune 100 companies.

With a background in PR, Chad initially thought he would move on to a career path in broadcast journalism or law after his time in the classroom. However, those years—and most of all his students—completely changed his trajectory. After teaching for six more years Chad now works as a school system administrator for San Mateo County.

José grew up in a similar community where he taught and held his students to high standards. His belief that all children deserve an excellent education continues to guide his career in education and nonprofit leadership.
