Dave Howland has spent the past fifteen years with KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools as a middle school teacher at KIPP WAYS Academy, founding high school principal of KIPP Atlanta Collegiate, and as a member of the regional leadership team where he was responsible for managing development, communications, and political advocacy for their 11 schools and 5,100 students.

Stephen serves as the Executive Director of Teach For America Nashville-Chattanooga. He previously served as Chief of Staff for Teach For America South Carolina. His work experience includes Goodwill Industries, Michigan Works and building partnerships with key stakeholders to secure over $70 million in funding, champion legislation and implement sustainable programming for equitable educational and economic advancement.

Bryan Billy has led TFA Alabama's statewide impact and strategy efforts for 10 years. Before becoming Executive Director in July 2023, he served as Senior Managing Director of Strategy and Program Impact. In that role, he partnered with superintendents across the state to address strategic educational needs, spearhead innovative solutions and connect organizations and corporations with the mission to provide an excellent education for all students in Alabama.
As the lead of TFA's programmatic work, Bryan transformed Alabama's program into one of the strongest in the non-profit organization’s national network. Teacher's reported some of the strongest experiences, with an average retention rate of 85 percent since 2014 and more than 300 alumni living and working in Alabama.
