If you're having trouble with accessing your account, try these tips:

• Double check that you're using the same email address that you started your application with
• Every time you click "password reset" a new link is generated, and the old one deactivated. Try deleting all your old reset emails and then clicking "password reset" once to get a single, fresh link. 
• If you're still having trouble, send us an email.
