With a strong Southern heritage and growing progressive outlook, Jacksonville is emerging as a major city faced with the challenges that afflict all major cities. Yet due to its relative youth and optimism, there is great opportunity to create Jacksonville and establish it as a city that values education, innovation and the health and happiness of its communities.
